Our dispensing fee is 8.99 CAD per prescription.
Is Medixly a central or online pharmacy?
While it's possible to request a refill for your prescriptions or order them online through our app, the pharmacy care you receive will still be provided by your neighborhood pharmacy of your choice.
How do I talk to a pharmacist about my medication?
You can contact our pharmacists virtually using the video call for medication review or counselling and phone or chat features in the Medixly app.
How much does it cost to use Medixly?
All our services including app and delivery are free.
How much time does it take for my order to be sent?
Medixly connects you to your nearest neighbourhood pharmacy so in most cases prescriptions received by 3 pm will be delivered to you on the same day.
Do you ship my medication?
we don't believe it's safe to ship medication Instead, your pharmacy will bring your medication straight to your door.
